Vegie Burger Recipe
Ingredients:
2 large-sized eggs
1/2 c bread crumbs; seasoned
1 c broccoli; chopped
1/2 c almonds; toast and chop
3/4 c onions (red); chopped
1/4 c of water
Pepper & salt for seasoning
Bread or Burger Buns (toasted)
Lettuce
Mayonnaise
Instruction:
Beat the eggs and add broccoli, onions, almond, bread crumbs then water. Dash with pepper and salt to desire taste. Divide mixture to four and shape each into round patties about 3/4 of an inch in thickness.
Place in greased baking pans and cook in over set at 375 degrees for about twenty five minutes or until both sides are brown (turn patties midway). Put in between slices of bread (or buns), add lettuce and mayonnaise then serve.
