Sweet Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
3-1/4 c of flour
1-1/4 tsps of salt
1 Tbsp of sugar
2-3/4 tsps of yeast (active, dry)/2.5 tsps of yeast (quick acting, dry)
3/4 c of water (warm, 110 degrees F)
2/3 c of milk (sweetened condensed)
2 Tbsps of vegetable oil
Instructions;
Combine salt, flour, and sugar inside a jar. Close the lid tightly. Store till needed.
Place ingredients onto the (bread) pan, according to the instructions and recommendations of the (bread) maker, save yeast to be added last.
Place the pan onto the machine; select the “sweet” setting, preferred color of the crust, size of the loaf, and cycle for baking. Select option for delay then press “Start”.
