Stuffing Mix, Vegetarian Recipe
Ingredients:
6 pcs of bread slices (whole grain, 1.5 oz); cube and toasted in oven at 250 degrees F for an hour or a little less
1/3 c pecans; chop
2 Tbsps parsley (dried flakes)
1/2 tsp rosemary (dried)
2 tsps (poultry) seasoning
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp fennel seeds (dried); ground
Instruction:
Mix ingredients then keep in well sealed containers.
To prepare, bring to boil one cup of water. Turn off heat then add mixed ingredients. Add water (if needed) while stirring and mixing thoroughly.
Turn heat on again, tightly cover then steam over low temperature for ten minutes, then fluff using a fork right before you serve.
