Sour Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

2 c cream (light)
2 Tbsps buttermilk

Instruction:

Mix ingredients inside a well sealed glass container then shake to mix thoroughly. Let it stand for 24 to 48 hours or until it has thickened. Keep in refrigerator and always stir prior to serving.
