Roquefort Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c of blue cheese (Roquefort)
1 Tbsp sauce (Worcestershire)
1 Tbsp juice (lemon)
2/3 c oil (salad)
2 Tbsp of vinegar

Instruction:

Cut cheese to bits and mash with some salad oil. Mix with sauce , vinegar, lemon juices and the rest of the oil. Shake or use blender to smoothen.
