Potato Beef Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:

454 g of beef (ground); browned then drained well
3/4 c of water
1/2 c of hamburger helper mix
6 pcs of potatoes (medium); peeled then sliced thinly
1 c of mixed vegetables (frozen)

Instructions:

Combine the beef, water, potatoes, vegetables, and hamburger helper mix inside a saucepan. Simmer for 30 mins, covered, till potatoes become tender.

Stir occasionally. Uncover and continue to cook till the excess liquid evaporates.
