Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

2 pcs eggs; beaten
4 Tbsps of water
2 c of flour (all purpose)
A tsp of salt

Instruction:

Mix salt with flour inside a mixing bowl, Move flour to the sides to make space in the middle, add eggs then mix til dough is stiff. If necessary, pour one or two tablespoons of water.

Sprinkle flour on surface where dough will be kneaded. Knead the dough lightly for about three minutes or a bit more. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough to your preferred thickness and cut manually or use a (pastry) machine.

Pour homemade pasta in salted boiling water and let it stay (stir occasionally) for three to five minutes then remove from water and strain well.

For whole wheat pasta, use a cup of whole wheat flour, one egg, one teaspoon of vegetable oil and if necessary, some water and follow preparation instructions above.
