Pan Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:

6 c of roll mix (hot)
1/2 c oil (vegetable) or margarin; melted
2 whole eggs; whisked
1&1/2 c of tap water
1 Tbsp yeast (active dry)

Instructions:

Dissolve the yeast using tap water. Mix in the eggs then margarine or oil. Add the five cups of Hot Roll Mix. Mix thoroughly.

You can add more mix in order to soften the dough but do not make it into a sticky consistency. Knead the dough five times. Lightly grease one mixing bowl. Transfer dough inside.

Smear butter on top of dough. Place a slightly wet dish cloth to cover the bowl then leave the bowl some place warm then let the dough rise until double in volume. Meanwhile, lightly grease one thirteen by nine inch baking dish.

Remove dishcloth cover from the dough and press down the dough. Make about thirty small balls equal in size. Transfer balls inside your baking dish.

Cover the baking dish again with the damp dishcloth then let it rise to double its size. Bake for twenty five minutes (375 degrees F) ’till golden in color.
