Orange Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
3-1/3 c of basic cake (iii) mixture
3/4 c of milk (whole)
1/2 tsp of orange or lemon extract
2 pcs of eggs; beaten
1 tsp of orange zest; grated
Instructions:
Place the cake mixture on a bowl. Combine milk, extract, and eggs; stir thoroughly and add onto the bowl with the cake mixture. Incorporate well then fold in the orange zest.
Pour on a baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 mins or till done.
