Olive Cheese Bread Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (2.25-oz) of unopened canned chopped olives (black)
3 c of flour
3/4 c of cheese (Parmesan)
1 Tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of salt
2-1/2 tsps of yeast (active, dry)
1/4 c of olives (canned)
1 c of milk
1-1/2 Tbsps of olive oil
Instructions:
Put yeast inside a (small) Ziploc bag; set on the side. Combine flour, cheese, sugar, and salt inside a jar then place bag above the mixture then close the lid tightly. Store together with the unopened olives till needed.
Place ingredients onto the (bread) pan, according to the instructions and recommendations of (bread) maker.
Place pan onto the machine; select the “white” setting, preferred color of crust, size of loaf, and cycle for baking. Select option for delay then press “Start”.
Note: See and check the dough 5 mins to cycle for mixing, dough must be smooth and soft. If too dry, gradually add a teaspoon of liquid. If too moist, gradually add a teaspoon of flour.
