Old Bay Seasoning Mix Recipe

Ingredients:

1/4 teaspoon of cardamom (ground)
1/4 teaspoon of mace (ground)
1/2 teaspoon of pepper (red)
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of ginger (ground)
1/2 teaspoon of cloves (ground)
3/4 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
1&1/2 teaspoon of pepper (black)
1&1/2 teaspoon of mustard (dry)
2&1/2 teaspoon of salt (celery)
1 Tbsp of bay leaves (ground)

Instructions:

Mix together spices, salt and pepper. Store inside a sealed jar or bottle.
