Jalapeno Poppers Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c fine bread crumbs (dry)
1/2 c corn flakes; crush
1 Tbsp cilantro
3 jars pickled peppers (whole jalapeno, 12 oz)
1 can cream cheese (8 oz); soften
1/2 c grated cheese (cheddar)
1 to 2 eggs; beat
Instruction:
Thoroughly mix bread crumbs, corn flakes and cilantro then set it aside. Slice jalapenos on 1 side to open, remove seeds then the pulp.
Mix cheeses then use as stuffing for each jalapeno. Whisk eggs, dip stuffed jalapenos then cover with bread crumbs and corn flakes mix. Cook in deep fryer or if not to be served yet, keep in freezer.
