Fruit Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of nuts; chopped
1/2 c of dates or raisins
1&1/4 c of Bisquick Mix
2 Tbsps of sugar
1/2 c of water or milk
1 whole egg; slightly beaten
Instructions:
Preset oven 425 degrees F. Grease generously a muffin tray with six wholes. Whisk together egg then water or milk. Using a separate bowl, mix together quick mix and sugar.
Add the egg mix, stir until dough is moist. Fold dates or raisins in. Mix well and pour batter onto muffin tray at least 2/3rd’s full and bake for twenty minutes until tops are golden. Yields six.
