Cracker Jacks Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of butter
1 Tbsp of vinegar
1/2 c of corn syrup (white)
2 c of sugar (brown)
1/4 tsp of soda (Arm & Hammer)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 c of peanuts
20 c of corn (popped)
Instructions:
Combine butter, syrup, sugar, and vinegar; boil for five mins. Take out from the heat then add soda, peanuts, and vanilla. Pour above the popped popcorn then stir thoroughly.
Bake at 250 degrees F for an hour, while stirring them every fifteen mins. Let it cool for a while prior to serving. For storage, place inside a Ziploc bag.
