Cottage Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:
24 c of pasteurized milk (sour milk)
1/3 Tbsp of salt
1/2 c of cream
Instructions:
Heat milk gently to 115 degrees F. Drain through a strainer or cheesecloth bag. Let it stand overnight inside the cheesecloth to be drained thoroughly.
Once dry, carefully crumble (cheese) curds finely then add salt. Before serving, mix it with cream then stir thoroughly.
