Coffee Mix – Buttered Rum Recipe

Ingredients:

1/3 c of coffee powder
1 1/4 tsp rum (extract)
1/4 tsp nutmeg (fresh, ground)
1/8 tsp butter flavor (liquid)

Instruction:

Blend nutmeg and coffee inside a processor set at high for several seconds. Mix rum and butter flavor liquid in another separate cup then add to nutmeg and coffee mixture in the processor.

Run processor for ten more seconds, scraping the sides with spatula in between runs. Keep in sealed containers inside the refrigerator.
