Coffee Liqueur Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pack of coffee (instant, 2 oz jar)
4 c sugar (refined)
1 pnt brandy
2 c water (boiling)
1 pc vanilla (bean)

Instruction:

Mix sugar and coffee in a container then pour boiling hot water. Stir vigorously then allow to cool down. Pour brandy in then stir. Cut vanilla (bean) in half and put in mixture.

Transfer mixture to a large-sized jar and seal well. Keep in a dark and cool place (for about thirty days), agitating the container once every week while in storage.
