Cinnamon Raisin Bread Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
3-1/4 c of flour
1/4 c of sugar
1-1/2 tsps of salt
1 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
3/4 c of raisins
3-1/2 tsps of yeast (active, dry)/3 tsps of yeast (quick acting, dry)
1-1/4 c of water (warm, 110 degrees F)
2 Tbsps of veggie oil
Instructions:
Place the raisins onto a Ziploc bag; set on the side. Combine salt, cinnamon, flour, and sugar onto a jar then place the bag above the mix; Close the lid tightly. Store till needed.
Place the (wet then dry) ingredients onto the (bread) pan, save the raisins and yeast for last.
Place the pan inside the machine; select the “sweet” setting, preferred color of crust, size of loaf, and cycle for baking. Select option for delay then press “start”.
