Cinnamon Raisin Bagel Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c of flour
3 1/3 Tbsps of sugar (brown)
1 tsp of salt
1 Tbsp of sugar (refined)
1 Tbsp of cinnamon (ground)
1/2 c of raisins
3 1/4 tsps of yeast (active, dry)
1 1/8 c of water
Instructions:
Combine sugar and cinnamon inside a Ziploc bag; set on the side. Put raisins inside another Ziploc bag; set on the side.
Put yeast inside another Ziploc bag; set on the side. Combine flour, sugar, and salt inside an airtight jar; place bags above the mix then close the lid.
When ready for using, cover the raisins with (warm) water; soak for 10 mins and drain. Place above paper towel(s) to absorb excess water.
Pour sugar and cinnamon inside a bowl; toss them well. Follow the instructions in your bread machine and add the ingredients on the (bread) pan.
Place pan inside the machine; select dough setting and the size of loaf. Select all the desired settings then start the process. After dough is done, follow the instructions on making bagels.
