Cinnamon Nut Bread Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
3-1/3 c of flour
1.5 Tbsps of milk (dry)
3 Tbsps of sugar (brown)
A tsp of salt
2 tsps of cinnamon
1/2 c of pecans; chopped
2.5 tsps of yeast (active, dry)
1-1/8 c of water
1/4 c of vegetable oil
Instructions:
Place chopped pecans inside a Ziploc bag; set on the side. Place yeast inside a Ziploc bag; set on the side.
Combine flour, milk, sugar, salt, and cinnamon inside a jar; place bags above the mixture then close the lid tightly. Store till needed.
Place ingredients onto the (bread) pan, according to the instructions and recommendations of the (bread) maker, save pecans for last.
Place pan onto the machine; select the “sweet” setting, preferred color of the crust, size of the loaf, and cycle for baking. Select option for delay then press “Start”. Add the pecans after its beep.
