Chewy Basic Bagel Mix Recipe

Ingredients:

3 c of flour
3-1/3 Tbsps of sugar (brown)
1 tsp of salt
3-1/4 tsps of yeast (active, dry)
1-1/8 c of water

Instructions:

Put the yeast inside a Ziploc bag; set on the side. Combine flour, sugar, and salt; mix them well then place inside a sterilized jar. Place bag with yeast above the mixture and close the lid tightly.

To use, place prepared mix along with water inside the (bread) pan, follow the directions of the bread machine. Select dough settings and the size of loaf and all the desired settings.

After dough is done, follow the instructions on making bagels.
