Bran Flakes Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of flour (whole wheat)
1/2 c of non-fat powdered milk (dry)
1/4 c of oil
3 Tbsps of yeast (Brewers)
1 tsp of salt
1 Tbsps of molasses
2 c of bran
1 c of water
Instructions:
Combine flour, bran, milk, yeast, and salt inside a bowl. Add the oil, water, and molasses; mix thoroughly. Divide equally into 3 portions. Roll them out thinly onto greased baking sheets.
Place inside oven; bake, 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 mins or till crisp and slightly browned.
If dough hasn’t dried completely, turn oven off and leave it inside for mins or hr. Break to small bits and store inside a sterilized and airtight jar.

Hot Buttered Rum Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb sugar (dark brown)
1 tsp of cinnamon powder
1 1/2 tsp vanilla (extract)
1/2 c of melted butter
1 tsp of cloves
Instruction:
Combine til mixture is paste consistency then keep in sealed jar/container. Use one teaspoon of paste for every cup of water (boiling) then add 1 1/2 oz dark rum.

Coffee Mix – Mocha Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of coffee (instant)
1/2 c of sugar (refined)
1 c of powdered milk (nonfat)

Apple Cider Syrup Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of sugar (refined)
4 tsps of cornstarch
1 c of juice (apple)
1/2 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
1 Tbsp of juice (lemon)

Instructions:
Place the sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon inside a medium saucepan then add the juices. Cook above moderate heat; stir constantly till thickened. Take out from heat then add margarine; stir thoroughly till melted.

Tofu Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs of tofu
2 Tbsps of oil (shortening)
8 c water; bring to boil
1 c of chopped onions
1/2 tsp of thyme
4 cloves of garlic; minced
1/4 tsp of celery seeds
1 tsp of basil leaves; crushed
1/2 tsp of sage
2 Tbsps of tomato (paste)
4 Tbsps of tamari
1/4 c of water
2 Tbsps of (nutritional) yeast
Instruction:
Bring 8 cups of water to boil then put it diced tofu. Allow to boil back and continue for one more minute. Use a medium sized colander with cloth and drain tofu.
Pour iced-cold water on tofu so it can cool faster. Wring the cloth to remove more water til tofu becomes firm with the texture now similar to ground meat, then put aside.
Using a skillet, heat oil then saute onions and spices. Pour in tofu then continue to cook, occasionally stirring for five to ten minutes. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
You can also use the vegetable (tofu) mix for casseroles, sauces (spagetti) , chili and pizza (as toppings) and many more recipes. You can also set this aside by freezing and thawing later to use.

Spaghetti Seasoning Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 teaspoon of seasoning (Italian)
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1&1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 Tbsp of corn starch
1 Tbsp of parsley; flaked
1 Tbsp of onion powder
1 lb of beef; ground
16 ozs of tomato sauce
2 3/4 c of tomato juice

Instructions:
Mix together onion and garlic, cornstarch, salt, seasoning (Italian), sugar and pepper. Transfer mixture inside an airtight container. Place label then consume within thirty weeks.
For the sauce, saute one pound of beef (ground) until brown. Drain. Add 16 ounces of sauce (tomato), 6 ounce of paste (tomato), two and three fourths cup of juice (tomato) then the homemade mix. Simmer for half an hour.

Beef Gravy Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1-1/3 c of instant powdered milk (nonfat)
3/4 c of flour (instant)
3 Tbsps of instant boullion granules (beef)
1/8 tsp of thyme (ground)

1/2 c of butter (or margarine)
1/8 tsp of sage (ground)
3 tsps of brown sauce (for gravy)
Instructions:
Combine powdered milk, flour, boullion granules, sage, thyme, and powdered onion; stir thoroughly till blended well. Add butter and cut till distributed evenly. Drizzle over the (brown) sauce; stir thoroughly till blended well.
Spoon onto a (3-cup) container, cover tightly and label. Store inside refrigerator and use within 4 to 6 weeks.

Coffee Mix – Cappuccino Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c creamer (nondairy)
1 c milk chocolate (powder)
3/4 c coffee (instant granules)
1/2 c sugar (refined)

Instruction:

Ingredients:
2 c of sugar (refined)
1-3/4 c of white syrup (Karo)
2 c of cream (heavy)

1 c of broken pecans

Instructions:
Combine sugar, half of cream, syrup, and salt inside a pot. Let it boil for half an hour. Add the butter and other half of cream; let it boil again for half an hour, while stirring frequently.
Continue to boil till it reaches (248 degrees F) on sugar thermometer. Take out from the heat then add the pecans. Slowly pour onto buttered 8-inch square pan; let it cool. While still warm, invert it out then cut to squares.

Place ingredients onto the (bread) pan, according to the instructions and recommendations of the (bread) maker, save raisins and seeds for last.

Ingredients:
1 c of blueberries
1.5 tsps of cornstarch

Instructions:

Sweetened Condense Milk Recipe 1
Ingredients:
6 c of milk (whole)
4.5 c sugar (granulated)
1/2 of a vanilla bean
Instruction:
Mix milk with sugar inside a large-size saucepan, put on over moderate heat, add vanilla (bean cut lengthwise). Stir frequently til sugar dissolves then adjust heat higher to bring mixture to nearly but not boiling for apporximately an hour.
Sugar and milk mixture will eventually thicken and turn to beige in color. Cool then strain inside a sealable container. Keep refrigerated.

24 c of pasteurized milk (sour milk)

Instructions:

Cranberry Juice Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of cranberries (fresh)
5 c of water
1/2 c of sugar
A dash of salt
2 to 3 slices of orange
Instruction:
Wash cranberries well and cook at moderate heat with water and salt then orange (if preferred). Simmer for ten minutes. Using a cheesecloth lined over a sifter, strain mixture, use the strained juice.
Add sugar then bring to boil a couple of minutes or more (add sugar when needed). Allow to cool then chill in refrigerator before you serve it.

Ingredients:
1/3 c of coffee powder
1 1/4 tsp rum (extract)

Tater Tots Recipe
Ingredients:
8 medium-sized potatoes; cook & peel
4 Tbsps of flour (heaping)
dash of pepper
A tsp of salt
Oil (canola)
Instruction:
Boil potatoes til cooked then shred finely (while still hot). Add flour, a dash of pepper and salt. Heat oil (Canola) in a pan (pour til about 1/4 inch deep).
Shape shredded potato mix to rounds and fry til brown. Place in paper towel to drain off oil. Use for tater tot casseroles. If served as it is, you may place potato mix in a baking pan and cook to desired crispiness in over at 400 degress F.

1/2 c buttermilk
4 c of water

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of gelatin
1/2 c of ice cold water
2 teaspoons of water (cold)
3 Tablespoons of water (boiling)
1/2 c of non-fat milk (dry)

Instructions:
Chill or refrigerate a bowl. Combine gelatin with (cold) water till softened then add (boiling) water; gently stir till gelatin has dissolved completely. Let it cool till tepid.
Put the milk and (ice) water inside chilled small bowl then beat vigorously till mixture has formed (stiff) peaks. Slowly add sugar while beating continuously. Add oil and gelatin then place inside a freezer, about fifteen mins.
Keep the mixture refrigerated. Before using, stir thoroughly.

Ingredients:
1 c of sugar (refined)
2 tsp of salt
1 dash of paprika

Ingredients:
1 c of cream (heavy)
Instructions:
Place blade and bowl of processor inside a freezer, about 4-5 hrs. Refit blade and bowl on the processor; turn it on then pour cream. Process it for 10 mins till butter hardens on blade and liquid separates from cream.
Transfer butter through a mesh strainer or sieve then shake twice or thrice to shake off excess moisture or liquid.
Place butter inside a small bowl then cover; refrigerate for an hour till chilled prior to using. This can be kept refrigerated for one week maximum.

Cracker Jacks Recipe 2
Ingredients:
16 c of popcorn (popped)
1 c of peanuts (Spanish)
4 Tbsps of butter (unsalted)
1 c of sugar (brown)
1/2 c of corn syrup (light)

Instructions:
Preheat your oven at 250 degrees F.
Combine peanuts and popcorn onto an baking sheet or a metallic bowl. Place inside (preheated) oven. Mix butter, sugar, syrup, salt, and molasses onto a small saucepan above moderate heat; stir thoroughly.
Let it boil till it reaches 260 to 275 degrees F on the sugar thermometer or for 20 mins.

Stuffing Seasoning Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1/8 teaspoon of pepper (ground)
2 teaspoons leaf parsley leaves; crushed & dried
2 Tbsps of onion; minced

1 teaspoon of chicken cubes (flavorings)
1 1/4 c of water
1 teaspoon of sage; ground
3 Tbsps of butter/margarine
4 c of bread crumbs (one half inch thick)
1 pack of stuffing mix
Instructions:
Mix together sage, chicken flavoring, chicken cubes, celery, onion, parsley and ground pepper. Place inside a zip lock bag, shake then keep in a dry cool place. Consume within six months.
For the sauce pan stuffing, mix together one and one fourth cups of water, three tablespoons of butter and one packet of the stuffing plus four cups of crumbs. Let boil then simmer for five minutes.
Let it stand for five minutes prior to use.
As a variation, you can use wheat bread instead of your usual bread crumbs, or corn bread, granola or chestnuts or walnuts.

Marshmallows Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of corn (light) syrup
2 Tbsps vanilla (extract)
2.5 Tbsps gelatin (unflavored)
1.5 c of sugar (refined)
1/2 c of water

Powdered sugar
Instruction:
Mix gelatin with ice-cold water and whisk inside a bowl. Let it stand for half an hour.
Mix sugar, syrup, dash of salt then half a cup of water into a saucepan and cook over moderate-low heat. Stir til sugar is dissolved thoroughly. Using a candy thermometer, increase temperature til it is 244bO (as in firm ball state).
Remove from heat, then using a mixer at lower speed setting, pour the syrup to mix with the gelatin prepared earlier.
Adjust to higher speed and continue to whisk til mixture becomes thicker and nearly three times the original volume while adding vanilla.
Sprinkle an eight by twelve inch glass pan generously with powdered sugar and pour in mixture. Sprinkle more powdered sugar on top and with wet hands, pat the mixture til it’s smooth.
Let it stand uncovered and let dry overnight. You can now cut the marshmallows using a sharp, dry and heated knife to bite-sized squares. Sprinkle more powdered sugar on the marshmallows before serving.

Ingredients:
4 c of flour; sifted
2 tsps of salt
1-1/2 c of water
1/2 c of Crisco
Instructions:

Curry Flavor for Rice Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tsp of curry (powder form)
3 pcs of chicken cubes (flavoring); crumbled
Instructions:
Mix together crushed chicken cubes and curry powder. Store inside a zip lock bag or airtight jar. Should be used within days of preparation.

Ingredients:
1-1/3 c of instant powdered milk (nonfat, dry)
3/4 c of flour (instant)
3 Tbsps of instant bouillon granules (chicken)

1/8 tsp of pepper (ground)
1/2 c of butter (or margarine)
Instructions:
Combine flour, milk, bouillon, sage, pepper, and thyme; stir thoroughly till blended. Add butter and cut till distributed evenly. Spoon onto a (3-cup) container; cover tightly.
To store, keep refrigerated. This must be used within forty-six weeks.

Almond Paste Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of almonds; blanched
3 Tbsps of juice (freshly squeezed lemon)
2 c of sugar
1 c of water
Instructions:
Place the almonds inside a blender; whirl then add juice. Combine sugar and water inside a saucepan; cook till it reaches 240 degrees F on the sugar thermometer. Add onto the almonds and mix them well. Once cool to be handled, knead it thoroughly till smooth.
Let it cool then pack inside a sterilized jar. Place inside the refrigerator for a week before using. If the paste becomes very stiff, place above a bain-marie till warm and it becomes softened.

Vanilla Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pcs vanilla (beans)
750 ml whisky (straight bourbon)
Instruction:
Cut vanilla (beans) in half lengthwise the remove seeds. Put beans and seeds in bottle of whisky and shake thoroughly.
Set aside for one to two months, shaking on occasion then sniffing the contents. Once the sweet smell of vanilla is noticed, you can now use this for baking or cooking.

Ingredients:
1 pack of coffee (instant, 2 oz jar)
4 c sugar (refined)
1 pnt brandy
2 c water (boiling)
1 pc vanilla (bean)
Instruction:
Mix sugar and coffee in a container then pour boiling hot water. Stir vigorously then allow to cool down. Pour brandy in then stir. Cut vanilla (bean) in half and put in mixture.

2 Tbsps of cheese (Parmesan); shredded

Combine soda, flour, salt, and sugar; mix thoroughly. Combine vinegar and milk; add onto the mixture of flour. Beat till mixture becomes smooth and spread into 1/4-inch thick onto a buttered baking sheet.
Place inside the oven and bake 375 degrees F for 15 mins. Let cool then grind inside a (food) chopper, don’t dry them out. Allow to dry after grinding.

Corn Tortillas Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 c of cornmeal (yellow or white)
1-1/4 c of flour; sifted
1 tsp of salt
1 c of water (boiling)
2 Tbsps of shortening (or bacon drippings)
Instructions:
Combine cornmeal, flour, and salt inside a bowl. Add shortening and cut till distributed evenly. Gradually add (boiling) water; mix thoroughly till it forms into dough. Let it set, at about fifteen mins.
Divide dough onto ten golf-sized balls then roll them out thinly in between waxed papers. Remove top paper then place tortilla on heated skillet.
When it has cooked, slip the rest of waxed paper off. When bottom turns dried and browned, turn and continue to cook.

Ingredients:
15 lbs of tomatoes (fully ripe); chopped
3/4 tsp of pepper (black)
3 pcs of onions (large); chopped coarsely
2 c of chopped celery
3 pcs of garlic cloves; chopped finely

1/4 c of sugar (to taste)
2 tsps of horseradish (prepared)
Instructions:
Combine tomatoes, celery, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, horseradish, and sugar inside a saucepan above medium-high heat; let it boil. Once boiling, lower heat down into medium. Continue cooking for twenty mins.
Take out from heat and let it cool for ten mins. Puree inside the blender by batches. Strain then discard pulp.

Ingredients:
2 c of sugar (refined)
3/4 c of water
1/16 tsp of fine salt
1/4 tsp of sodium bitartrate (cream of tartar)
Instructions:
Combine sugar, water, cream of tartar, and salt inside a saucepan above moderate heat. Stir constantly till the mixture boils. Reduce heat into low; cook till it reads 230-240 degrees F on sugar thermometer.
Let it completely cool. Place the syrup inside a bottle, cover tightly. This could be kept for three mos.
