Chicken or Turkey Noodle Soup Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Laurel leaf
1/8 teaspoon of garlic (powder form)
1/8 teaspoon of celery seeds
1/4 teaspoon of thyme; dried & whole
1 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
2 1/2 teaspoon of chicken cubes (flavoring)
1 Tbsp of onion; minced
1 c of noodles (egg); un cooked
Instructions:
Blend together, instant mashed potato, cheese, spices, cornstarch and flour. Place inside a zip lock bag and can be kept for eight weeks.
To prepare soup, just dissolve two tablespoons of the soup mix in to your mug of boiling hot water.

Tomato Soup Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
Pinch of pepper & salt
1/8 tsp of basil
2 Tbsps of tomato (dried powdered form)
4 Tbsps of powdered milk (non fat)
Instructions:
Mix together all the ingredients. Place inside airtight container. Add homemade mixture with a cup of heated water, mix then let it stand for two minutes.

Cheesy Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps of instant potatoes (mashed)
3 Tbsps of vegetable (protein)
1 Tbsp of soya bean flour
2 Tbsps of corn starch
2 Tbsps of cheese (Parmesan); grated
6 Tbsps of onion; dried & flaked
Instructions:

Onion Soup Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tsp of seasoning (Bon Appetit)
1 Tbsp of onion (powder form) add 1 tsp.
10 Tbsps of onion (dried) add 2 tsps.
5 Tbsps of beef cubes (flavoring) add 1 tsp
Instructions:
Mix together all the ingredients then keep inside airtight container. Equally divide among four tiny ziploc bags then place the name of the home made mix. Use just like any other store-bought soup mix.

Homestyle Chicken Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of oregano (dry)
1 teaspoon of pepper
1/3 c of rice (long grain); un cooked
1 Tbsp of garlic (powder)
1/2 c of pasta (spinach); un cooked & broken into bits
2/3 c of pearl barley; un cooked
1/2 c of macaroni (shell); un cooked
1/4 c of onion; minced
1/3 c of chicken cubes (flavoring)
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients together and place inside sealed containers.
When ready to use, put homemade soup mix in a deep kitchen pot and then add twelve cups of water. Heat mixture to boil. Then simmer forty five minutes.
Mix in a cup of cooked chicken then simmer fifteen minutes then serve.

Creamy Cheese Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps of corn starch
1&1/2 c of creamer (powdered)
2 Tbsps of parsley; dried & then flaked
1/2 packet of broth (vegetable flavored)
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1&1/2 teaspoon of chicken cubes (flavoring)
1/2 packet of cheesy sauce mix (Knorr Four Cheese)
Instructions:
Mix together cornstarch, creamer, flavorings and pepper. Equally divide mixture among five small glass or plastic sealed containers.
When ready to consume, just add one cup of water then microwave for a minute and a half (high setting). Remove from microwave then mix well, put a cover on top then let it stand for three minutes.

Vegetable Broth Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of sage; ground
1 teaspoon of turmeric
2 teaspoons of thyme (dried)
1 teaspoon of pepper
2 teaspoons of marjoram (dried)
6 teaspoons of savory; ground
6 teaspoons of salt
4 Tbsps of salt (celery)
6 teaspoons of garlic (powdered form)
4 Tbsps of parsley (dried); flaked
Instructions:
Mix together all the ingredients. Store inside airtight container. Shake well before use.
Just mix with one cup water then microwave on high and let it stand for a few minutes.

Refried Beans, Instant Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c of beans; dried
3 tsps cumin; dried
3 tsps powdered chili
pepper (to taste)
1 tsp of salt
3 Tbsp onion (dried); mince
Instruction:
Grind beans mixed with all the other ingredients inside a food processor til powdery like flour. Keep in airtight containers (or Ziplocs).
To prepare, boil 2 1/2 cups of water and pour 3/4 c of mixture and whisk well. Lower heat then simmer until thick (four to five minutes). Allow to cool.

Basic Cream Soup Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of water
1/3 c of soup mix
4 c of milk (powder form)
1 teaspoon of pepper
2 teaspoons of basil; dried & crushed

1/2 c of chicken cubes (flavoring)
1.5 c of corn starch
Instructions:
Mix together, milk, corn starch, spices, onion and pepper. Store inside sealed container. To make the cream soup, transfer to a kitchen pot and cook simmering until thick in consistency.
Incorporate one half cup of either, onions, asparagus, mushrooms, broccoli, meat or celery.

Hearty Soup Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
4 c of onions (dry); minced
1&1/2 c of rice (brown)
12 ozs of lentils
14 ozs of macaroni (alphabet shapes)
12 ozs of pearl barley
14 ozs of green peas (dry); split
6 c of water
1 Tbsp of salt
2 pcs of carrots; sliced
2 stalks of chopped celery
1&1/2 c of shredded cabbage
2 cans of tomato juice (30 ozs)
24 ozs of vegetable juices
1 lb of cooked meat
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients together and seal inside a sealed container. Place a label with the name on it. Store somewhere dry and cool and consume within six months.
When ready to use, dissolve one and a third of a cup of your homemade soup in six cups of tap water then bring this to boil. Season with salt. Simmer for an hour and a half.
Stir in carrots, celery, cabbage, the tomato juice, vegetable cocktail then your choice of cooked meat. Simmer for twenty minutes more ’till vegetables have been cooked.

Split Pea Soup Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1&1/2 tsps of pepper (white)
1&1/2 tsps of thyme
1/2 c of parsley (flakes)
1/2 c of celery (flakes)
1 c of onion (dried); flaked
2 c of macaroni (8 ozs, alphabet shapes)
2&1/2 c of pearly barley
2&1/2 c of lentils
2&1/2 c of peas (green); split
Instructions:
Mix together all the ingredients. Store inside an airtight container.
When ready to use, mix together one cup homemade mix and four cups water. Bring mixture to boil then add one cup cooked meat that has been chopped to bite sized pieces.
Reduce the heat and then simmer for an hour until the beans have become tender. Season with salt.

Curry Soup Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon of ground cardamom
1 teaspoon of garlic (powder form)
1 teaspoon of ground coriander
1 teaspoon of mustard (dry)
1 &1/2 teaspoon of dill weed
2 teaspoons of paprika
2 Tbsps of salt
1/2 c of raisins
1 Tbsp of sugar
1 Tbsp of curry powder
1/4 c of onions (dry)
1/3 c of walnuts; roughly chopped
2 c of rice; un cooked
Instructions:
Mix together uncooked rice, spices, sugar, salt, raisins, walnuts and garlic. Place inside sealed container and keep inside the fridge.
When ready to consume, let boil ten cups of water. When boiling, add your curry homemade mix. Stir well then simmer for half an hour stir continuously until the rice has been cooked.
Mix in two cups of chopped cooked shrimp or chicken and heat thoroughly. Serve while hot.

Minestrone Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of salt
2 Tbsps of pepper (green); dried
2 c of green beans; dried
1 c of carrot (dried); sliced
1 c celery (dried); sliced
1 c of tomatoes (dried); chopped
6 pcs of pepper corns
2 pcs of Laurel leaves
1/2 teaspoon of oregano (dried)
1/2 c of beans (navy, dried)
1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic (dried);
1/2 c of onion (dried); minced
4 pcs of beef cubes (flavoring)
Instructions:
Mix together all ingredients then store inside an airtight container.
When ready to use, boil about four quarts of water with the home made soup mix and then simmer for three hours. When beans have become tender, take out peppercorns and the Laurel leaves then remove from heat and serve while hot.
