Basic Pudding Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Chocolate Pudding:
3/4 c of milk powder
7/8 c of cornstarch
1-1/2 c of sugar (refined)
3/4 c of powdered cocoa
1/4 tsp of salt (rounded)
To use:
2/3 c of pudding mix
2 c of milk
Instructions:
Combine milk powder, cornstarch, sugar, cocoa, and salt inside a sterilized airtight jar or container. Store till needed.
To use, place the pudding mix onto a medium saucepan then add milk; stir till blended well. Let it boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat; simmer till thickened, stir constantly.

Chocolate Pudding Mix Recipe 2
Ingredients:
2-1/2 c of instant milk (nonfat, dry)
5 c of sugar (refined)
1 tsp of salt
3 c of cornstarch
1-1/2 c of cocoa (unsweetened)
To use:
2/3 c of pudding mix
2 c of milk
Instructions:
Combine milk, sugar, salt, cornstarch, and cocoa; stir thoroughly. Place inside an airtight jar or container. Store till needed.
Place the prepared pudding mixture on a medium saucepan then add milk. Cook above gentle heat, while stirring constantly. Let it thicken and boil then continue to stir for one min.
Take out from the heat then pour onto individual bowl or dish. Let it cool. Serve.
Variation: Add a teaspoon of vanilla and a teaspoon of butter during you’re cooking. Add a teaspoon of instant coffee for chocolate-mocha flavor.

Apple Cobbler Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of apples
1 Tbsp of fruit lemon extract
3 Tbsps of sugar
1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
2 Tbsps of sugar
Bisquick Mix
2 c of apples
1 Tbsp of fruit lemon extract
3 Tbsps of sugar
1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
2 Tbsps of sugar
Bisquick Mix
Instructions:
Core and slice apples equal to about two cups. Place this inside a baking tray. Dust with one tablespoon of fruit lemon extract.
Mix together three tablespoons of sugar then one half teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Dust over the apples. Mix two tablespoons of sugar with the Bisquick Mix.
Make the tender biscuits as instructed in the previous recipe. Scoop the dough over the apples until all dough is used up. Bake for forty minutes at 325 degrees F until the dough is golden in color and the apples are tender.

Lemon Pie Filling Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1-1/4 c of sugar (to taste)
1 c & 2 Tbsps of cornstarch
2-1/2 c of presweetened drink mix (lemonade)
1 tsp of salt
Instructions:
Combine lemonade, sugar, cornstarch, and salt; stir thoroughly. Place inside an airtight jar or container. Store till needed. This can be kept for 6-8 mos.

Vanilla Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
1-1/4 c of milk powder
1-1/4 c of cornstarch
1-5/8 c of sugar (refined)
1/4 tsp of nutmeg (ground)
3/8 tsp of salt
To use:
1/2 c of pudding mix
2 c of milk
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

Combine milk powder, cornstarch, nutmeg, sugar, and salt inside a sterilized airtight jar or container. Store till needed.

Take out fro the heat then add vanilla. Let it cool before serving.

Butterscotch Pudding Recipe

3 c of cornstarch

Coconut Pudding and Pie Filling Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1-1/2 c of instant powdered milk (dry)
1 c of cornstarch
1 c of sugar (refined)
1/2 c of coconut; shredded
1/2 tsp of salt
To use:
2/3 c of pudding mix
1 c of milk
1 tsp of coconut extract (liquid)
Instructions:
Place the shredded coconuts inside a blender; pulverize and place on a bowl. Add milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt; stir thoroughly. Place inside an airtight jar or container. Store till needed.
To use, place milk and pudding mixture on a saucepan above very gentle heat; stir constantly till it boils. Continue to boil for a min, while stirring continuously. Take out from the heat then add the extract; stir them well.
Pour onto two individual dishes or bowl. Place inside the refrigerator till thickened.

Graham Cracker Crust Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tsps of cinnamon powder
1 c of sugar
32 ozs of crackers (Graham)
Instructions:
Place crackers inside a processor using blades and blitz to get fine smooth crumbs. Transfer crumbs inside a bowl. Mix in cinnamon powder and sugar.
Transfer ingredients in an airtight container and write the contents and date of preparation on the label. Can be kept within a dry cool place. Must be consumed within six months.
