Breakfast Burritos Recipe

Ingredients:

Lean pork (ground)
18 pcs of eggs; slightly beaten
12 oz of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
Potatoes;cooked & chopped
Onions; chopped
2 c of salsa
Flour tortilla pcs

Instructions:

Brown the lean pork inside a skillet; stir constantly. Add small amount of water when necessary so as pork will not stick on the skillet.

Add the beaten eggs and scramble with browned pork; stir thoroughly and add cheese. If preferred, add potatoes, onions, and salsa.

Wrap pork mixture inside the tortillas. Place them individually in Ziploc bags or wrap with plastic wrapper. Keep them frozen.

Homemade Soymilk Recipe


Homemade Soymilk Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c of flour (soy)
3 c of water

Instructions:

Boil the water then gradually add the flour; stir continuously to avoid lumps. When flour has blended well, reduce the heat then let it simmer, at about 20 mins, while stirring frequently.

Line the cheesecloth on a clean colander then place above a (large) bowl. Carefully strain mixture onto the colander. Add flavoring or sweetener on strained milk; stir thoroughly then place inside the refrigerator.

Ingredients:

1 to 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
Sugar or substitute to sweeten
4 Tbsps of milk powder

Instruction:

Stove Top Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients:

1/3 c celery (fresh); mince
4 to 5 slices of bread (white)
3 cubes (chicken) bouillon; crushed
3 to 4 slices of bread (wheat)
2 tsps dried onions; chopped
1/8 tsp of sugar
1.5 tsps (dried) parsley
1/8 tsp of powdered onion

Instruction:

Dry minced celery under the sun (a day or two). Make sure celery will no longer be moist when used.

Press bread then dice using a knife. This should make about four cups diced bread (white and wheat). Spread evenly and using a baking pan, bake half an hour or a little more at 250 (degrees F) or til diced bread dries completely.

Mix sun-dried celery and the powdered chicken (bouillon), spices then sugar inside a small-sized bowl. Place this mixture in a well sealed container til the time it will be used.

To prepare the stuffing, combine vegetable and seasoning mix then add water (1 2/3 cups) and margarine in a saucepan placed over moderate heat. Then bring this to boil, lower the heat and put on lid.

Simmer another ten more minutes. Add bread (already dry) crumbs, replace cover then remove it from your stove. Let it stand for five to seven minutes, then stir (with a fork) and serve.

Italian Shake and Bake Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 Tbsp of basil
2 Tbsps of oregano
1/4 c of parsley
1 Tbsp of garlic powder
1/2 c of cheese (Parmesan); grated
1 c of breadcrumbs

Instructions:

Mix together breadcrumbs, spices, salt and pepper. Coat beef, chicken or pork using olive oil then place meat inside a zip lock bag. Place a few tablespoons of seasoning in, seal and then shake vigorously.

Layer meat inside a baking dish then bake for an hour (400 degrees F).

Ingredients:

2 c of nonfat milk (dry)
1/4 c of bouillon powder (beef)
1 c of cornstarch
2 Tbsps of onion flakes
2 Tbsps of parsley (dried)

1 tsp of thyme (dried)
1 tsp of pepper (black)
1 Tbsp of powdered garlic

Instructions:

Combine milk, bouillon powder, cornstarch, onion flakes, basil, thyme, pepper, parley, and powdered garlic; blend them well. Store inside an airtight jar or container.

Blackberry Vinegar Recipe

Ingredients:

Black berries
2 c of sugar
2&1/3 c of vinegar
2 tsps of cloves
2 tsps of all spice berries
2 pcs of cinnamon (sticks)
2 lbs of black berries

Instructions:

Break sticks of cinnamon to pieces. Wrap all spices in a cheesecloth tied using a string. Mix together sugar and vinegar then bring this to boil.

When sugar is dissolved, dunk in your spice pouch then boil mixture, then simmer five minutes. Afterwards, add black berries then simmer ten minutes more. Take off from fire then set it aside to cool.

When completely cooled, remove your spice pouch and run the mixture through a fine mesh sieve onto bottles. Seal then label. You can add more black berries in your vinegar if desired.

Rice Milk Recipe


Rice Milk Recipe

Ingredients:

4 c of water (hot or warm)
1 c of brown or white rice (cooked)
A tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions:

Combine hot water, cooked rice, and vanilla extract inside the blender. Blend till smooth and let the mixture stand for half an hour. Pour milk onto a clean cheesecloth, removing the sediments.

Ingredients:

2 c of instant tea powder (unsweetened)
2 pkgs of gelatin (orange-pineapple flavored)
1 c of sugar (granulated)

Instructions:

Combine instant tea, gelatin, sugar, and coconut extract inside a processor. Process till blended well. Store inside airtight jar or container.

To use, blend six ounces of (hot) water and two tablespoons of tea mixture.

Ingredients:

1/2 c of water
1 seasoning mix (Sloppy Joe)
1 lb of beef; ground
1/4 teaspoon. of chili hot powder
8 ozs of sauce (tomato)
1 teaspoon of corn starch
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic (dry); minced
1 teaspoon pepper (bell); dried
1/4 teaspoonof mustard (dry)
1 Tbsp of onions; dried

Instructions:

Mix together spices, onions, garlic, cornstarch and salt. Place in a ziploc bag, mix well then store.

To use, saute beef until brown. Remove from heat then drain. Include the tomato sauce, Sloppy Joe seasoning mix, and water. Simmer for ten minutes then serve on top of burger buns.

Ingredients:

3 c of sugar (refined)
3 c of water
10 pcs of tea bag

Instructions:

Place the water, sugar, and tea bags inside a pot. Let it boil, about ten minutes. Let it cool then keep inside the refrigerator.

To use, stir (1 cup) concentrate and (5 cups) water.

454 g of beef (ground); browned then drained well
2 c of water (at room temperature)
2 c of egg noodles (uncooked)
1/2 c of sour cream (dairy)

Instructions:

Combine beef, water, hamburger helper mix, and egg noodles inside a saucepan. Simmer it for 20 mins or till noodles become tender. Add the (sour) cream; stir them well then serve at once.

Ingredients:

2 c of sugar (refined)
1 tsp of yeast
2 Tbsps of root beer flavoring or extract

Instructions:

Place the root beer extract, yeast, and sugar inside a sterilized (gallon) jug. Add 4 cups of warm water, not hot. Stir thoroughly till blended well. Fill warm water and cover, but not tightly.

Let it stand for 6 hrs then cover lid tightly. Place inside the refrigerator.

Jalapeno Poppers Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 c fine bread crumbs (dry)
1/2 c corn flakes; crush
1 Tbsp cilantro
3 jars pickled peppers (whole jalapeno, 12 oz)
1 can cream cheese (8 oz); soften
1/2 c grated cheese (cheddar)
1 to 2 eggs; beat

Instruction:

Thoroughly mix bread crumbs, corn flakes and cilantro then set it aside. Slice jalapenos on 1 side to open, remove seeds then the pulp.

Mix cheeses then use as stuffing for each jalapeno. Whisk eggs, dip stuffed jalapenos then cover with bread crumbs and corn flakes mix. Cook in deep fryer or if not to be served yet, keep in freezer.

Peach Tea Mix Recipe


Peach Tea Mix Recipe

Ingredients:

1 box of gelatin (peach flavored, small)
1 c of tea mixture (instant)

Instructions:

Combine gelatin and tea mixture. Mix them well. Store inside a Ziploc bag or an airtight jar.

To use, mix 2 to 3 teaspoons of mixture for every cup with (hot) water.

454 g of beef (ground); browned then drained well
1 c of water (at room temperature)
1/2 c of uncooked pasta (macaroni)
2 cans of tomatoes (chopped)
A tsp of powdered chili
1/2 c of hamburger helper mix

Instructions:

Combine the browned beef, water, macaroni, tomatoes, chili, and hamburger helper mix inside a saucepan. Let it simmer for 20 mins or till macaroni pasta is well-cooked.

Ingredients:

1 c of rice (long grain)
1 pc of crumbled bouillon cube (chicken)
2 Tbsps of onion (dried); minced
1/2 tsp of curry (powder)
1/4 c of raisins

2-1/2 c of water

Instructions:

Combine rice, bouillon, onion, raisins, and curry powder inside a sterilized and airtight jar. Store till needed.

To use, boil water on a saucepan. Add in the prepared rice mixture and cover. Reduce heat. Simmer it for twenty mins.

Stuffing Mix, Vegetarian Recipe

Ingredients:

6 pcs of bread slices (whole grain, 1.5 oz); cube and toasted in oven at 250 degrees F for an hour or a little less
1/3 c pecans; chop
2 Tbsps parsley (dried flakes)
1/2 tsp rosemary (dried)
2 tsps (poultry) seasoning
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp fennel seeds (dried); ground

Instruction:

Mix ingredients then keep in well sealed containers.

To prepare, bring to boil one cup of water. Turn off heat then add mixed ingredients. Add water (if needed) while stirring and mixing thoroughly.

Turn heat on again, tightly cover then steam over low temperature for ten minutes, then fluff using a fork right before you serve.

Ingredients:

1/2 c of plain tea (instant)
A tsp of ginger (ground)
1/2 c of sugar (refined)
1 c of milk powder (instant)
1/4 c of coffee creamer powder

Instructions:

Combine tea, ginger, sugar, milk, and creamer inside an airtight jar.

To use, mix two tablespoons of the tea mixture with hot or very warm water.

1/2 teaspoon of chicken seasoning
2 teaspoons of chicken cubes (low salt)
2 teaspoons of paprika

2/3 c of powdered milk

Instructions:

Mix together powdered milk, pepper, mustard, paprika, and flavorings. Clean meat of your choice, either chicken and or fish. Dust with the mixture then bake as per instructions in the recipe.

Ingredients:

1.5 c of lard OR
1&3/4 c of shortening (vegetable)
4 tsps of salt
1 c milk (non-fat, powdered) & 2 Tbsps
1/3 baking powder (double acting)
9 c of flour (sifted)

Instructions:

Sift together flour, powder (baking), salt and powdered milk. Mix thoroughly. Cut shortening or lard in the mixture ’till mixture feels like coarse crumbs.

Ingredients:

Beaten eggs
Meat
Shredded cheese
Crescent rolls (packaged)

Instructions:

Cook the scrambles eggs, meat, and cheese. Roll out the (crescent) rolls flat to rectangle. Place the cooked meat mixture onto the center of rectangle then fold. Bake till golden and keep them frozen for storage.

Ingredients:

2 large-sized eggs
1/2 c bread crumbs; seasoned
1 c broccoli; chopped
1/2 c almonds; toast and chop
3/4 c onions (red); chopped
1/4 c of water
Pepper & salt for seasoning
Bread or Burger Buns (toasted)
Lettuce
Mayonnaise

Instruction:

Beat the eggs and add broccoli, onions, almond, bread crumbs then water. Dash with pepper and salt to desire taste. Divide mixture to four and shape each into round patties about 3/4 of an inch in thickness.

Place in greased baking pans and cook in over set at 375 degrees for about twenty five minutes or until both sides are brown (turn patties midway). Put in between slices of bread (or buns), add lettuce and mayonnaise then serve.

Instant Oat Meal Packets Recipe

Ingredients:

3 c of oats (quick cooking)
Salt for seasoning
8 small-sized bags (zip-lock)

Instruction:

Pulverize a cup (half a cup at a time) of the oats using the blender (or food processor) then set it aside. Pack one fourth cup of the oats with two tablespoons of pulverized oats with a dash salt in the zip-lock bags.

Empty a packet of oats using a serving bowl, empty 1 pack of mixture and pour 3/4 cups of (boiling hot) water. Let it stand a couple of minutes while stirring. Adjust water to smoothen or make thicker.

For different flavors:

Add a Tbsp of sugar, 1/4 tsp of cinnamon & two tablespoons of apples (dried & chopped) for Apple Cinnamon flavor.

Add one tablespoon of sugar (brown) then one fourth teaspoon of cinnamon for Brown Sugar or Cinnamon flavor.

Add one tablespoon of sugar (brown) and one tablespoon of raisins for Brown Sugar/Raisins flavor.

Add two tablespoons of wheat germ for a Healthy serving of oatmeal.

Add one tablespoon of nondairy (coffee) creamer then two tablespoons of any fruit (dried) for Fruit and Cream flavor.

Ingredients:

1 c of flour; sifted
2/3 c of cornmeal
1-1/2 tsps of baking powder (Calumet)
2 Tbsps of sugar (refined)
2 Tbsps of shortening

1 pc of egg
2/3 c of milk

Instructions:

Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, sugar, and shortening; blend thoroughly. Place inside a sterilized and airtight jar. Store till needed.

Combine the prepared mixture, milk, and egg. Insert (wooden) sticks onto hotdogs and dip onto the batter; coat them thoroughly. Fry (deep fry) the coated hotdogs till batter becomes brown.

Tea Concentrate – Chai Recipe

Ingredients:

1 tsp. ground cardamom
1 tsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (If you prefer a less sweet tea,
use unsweetened condensed milk, and add sugar to taste when tea is
served.)
Mix the spices and condensed milk thoroughly. Refrigerate at least 24
hours before using, and store in refrigerator.

To use, brew a strong black tea. Stir in 1/2 to 2 heaping teaspoons of
Chai concentrate mix per cup of freshly steeped tea.

Ingredients:

2-1/2 c of sugar (refined)
2 c of drink mix (orange flavored)
1 c of tea mix (instant)
1 c of drink mix (lemonade)
A tsp of cloves
2 tsps of cinnamon (ground)

Instructions:

Combine sugar, orange-flavored drink mix, tea and lemonade mix, cinnamon, and cloves. Blend them well then store inside a Ziploc bag or airtight jar.

To use, mix a teaspoon of prepared mix for every cup (boiling) water.

Mexican Meat Mix Recipe


Mexican Meat Mix Recipe

Ingredients:

5 lbs of beef roast (or combination of beef & pork roasts)
3 pcs of chopped onions
4 oz of chilies (green); chopped
14 oz salsa (green)
1/4 tsp powdered garlic
4 Tbsps of flour (unbleached)
4 tsps salt
1 tsp cumin (ground)

Instruction:

Set oven and preheat at 275 degrees F. Put the beef (roast) inside a pan then roast eight to ten hours. You may also use pressure cooker, but add a one cup water then cook thirty five to forty minutes.

Drain the beef (roast) and keep the broth. Debone and cool down. Slice meat to small pieces then set it aside.

Drizzle non-stick oil onto a large-sized skillet and saute chilies and onion for a minute, then add powdered garlic, salsa, salt, flour and powdered cumin. Lower heat then continue to cook ofr another minute.

Pour broth, simmer for another five minutes til sauce is thick. Let cool. In quart-sized containers, fill with cooked meat leaving half an inch of space on top, then seal properly and put in freezer.

This recipe makes approximately three of the quart-sized meat loaves.

Ingredients:

1-1/4 c of sugar-free tea mixture (instant)
1 pkg of unsweetened softdrink mixture (cherry-flavored)

Instructions:

Combine instant tea mixture and softdrink mix inside a bowl; mix till blended well. Store inside airtight jar or container.

Mix two teaspoons of prepared tea mixture with eight ounces of cold or hot water.

Ingredients:

14.2 oz of milk (sweetened condensed)
2 pkgs of popcorn (microwave)
1 c of sugar (refined)
1 c of sugar (brown)
1/2 c of butter

Instructions:

Cook popcorn inside the microwave; discard the kernels that didn’t pop then set the popped popcorns on the side.

Combine sweetened (condensed) milk, sugar, and butter on a saucepan above moderate heat; stir constantly and let it boil. Continue to boil mixture for a minute then take out from the heat.

Immediately pour above the popped popcorn, work quickly till coated thoroughly. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:

5 Tbsps of butter (unsalted)
5 lbs of beef (ground)
2-1/2 c of onions; chopped
1 c of pepper (green); chopped
5 c of celery; chopped
5 cans of undiluted soup (tomato)
75 oz of tomato sauce (canned)
1/2 tsp of pepper (black)
5 tsps of salt

Instructions:

Melt the butter on a skillet above gentle heat. Add the beef then increase the heat; stir constantly to crumble the meat. When browned, add the onions, celery, and green bell pepper; cook till they soften.

Add salt, pepper, tomato sauce, and soup. Bake inside the oven, covered, for 30 mins, while stirring frequently. Let it cool then divide equally into five containers for freezing. Keep inside the freezer till needed.

Instructions:

Combine the beef, water, potatoes, vegetables, and hamburger helper mix inside a saucepan. Simmer for 30 mins, covered, till potatoes become tender.

Stir occasionally. Uncover and continue to cook till the excess liquid evaporates.

Ingredients:

1-1/2 c of peanut butter (smooth)
1/4 c of softened butter (or margarine)
1 tsp of vanilla

1/4 c of powdered sugar
1/2 c of melted chocolate morsels (semisweet)
1 tsp of water (hot)

Instructions:

Combine peanut butter, melted morsels, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla inside a mixing bowl; stir thoroughly till mixture has smoothened.

Combine water and coffee; stir thoroughly till coffee has dissolved completely. Add onto the mixture of peanut butter; stir thoroughly. Store inside a sterilized and airtight jar.
