White Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

3/4 c of milk (whole)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
3 pcs of egg whites (medium); beaten stiffly
3-1/3 c of basic cake (iii) mixture

Instructions:

Place the cake mixture on a bowl. Combine milk, vanilla, and egg whites; stir thoroughly and add onto the bowl with the cake mixture. Incorporate well.

Pour on a baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 mins or till done.

Oatmeal Cooking Mix Recipe


Oatmeal Cooking Mix Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c of pecans; chopped
1 c of chips (chocolate)
1&1/2 c of desiccated coconut
2 c of raisins
1 lb of shortening
1&1/2 tsp of salt
2 tsps of baking powder
4 c of flour (all purpose)
A tsp of bicarbonate of soda
2 tsps of cinnamon powder
3 c of sugar (brown); packed
6 c of oats (rolled type)

Instructions:

Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, sugar then salt. Add the oats. Cut shortening in until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Mix the raisins in then the coconut, then chocolate then the pecans. Place in a Tupperware and can be stored in the freezer for no more than ten weeks. This yields about twenty cups.

For the cookies, scoop four standard measuring cups of the mixture into bowls. Beat one egg, two tablespoons of milk then two teaspoons of vanilla. Mix everything together to form a moist dough.

Begin scooping onto parchment paper line baking tray and press down using a fork. Dust with some sugar. Pop in the oven for fifteen minutes at 375 degrees F until nicely browned on top.

Set on wooden racks and store inside Tupperware. Yields about 24 pieces of cookies.

Ginger Muffin Mix Recipe


Ginger Muffin Mix Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c of milk
1 tsp of vanilla
1/4 c of butter; melted
1/2 tsp of nutmeg powder
1 whole egg
1/4 tsp of clove powder
1 pack muffin mix (ginger spice)
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of ginger powder
1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
3 tsps of baking powder
2 Tbsps of sugar
1&3/4 c of flour

Instructions:

Mix together flour, sugar, spices, and salt. Store mixture inside airtight Tupperware.

When ready to use, preset oven (400 degrees ). Grease a muffin tray. Mix together your muffin cake mix, egg, milk, vanilla then butter. Mix thoroughly.

Pour batter onto muffin tray then bake fifteen minutes.

Cookie Mix Sugar Recipe


Cookie Mix Sugar Recipe

Ingredients:

A drop or two of food coloring (any color)
1/4 c of sugar
1 Tbsp of salt
1 Tbsps of baking powder
6 c of flour (all purpose)
1/2 c of shortening
1 c of butter (room temperature)
2/3 c of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
2 Tbsps of milk
1 whole egg

Instructions:

Cream together shortening and butter. In another bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Cut the shortening to your flour mix until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Store inside airtight Tupperware and place in the fridge.

When ready to use, mix together two cups of the cookie mix and add two thirds cup of sugar, one teaspoon vanilla and two tablespoons milk plus one whole egg.

Knead dough on a slightly floured table then press to about one eighth of an inch thick. Cut into small cookies then bake for eight minutes (400 degrees F) until nicely golden in color. Dust with sugar. Yields three dozen sweet cookies.

For the sugar, you can add about two drops artificial food coloring to a sugar placed inside shakers. Cover well then shake vigorously until combined. Makes a nice sprinkles on top of cookies.

Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe


Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

3-1/2 c of cookie mixture (basic)
1/2 tsp of vanilla
1 pc of beaten egg
12 Tbsps of chocolate morsels (semisweet)

Instructions:

Combine cookie mixture, vanilla extract, and beaten egg; mix thoroughly. Fold the chocolate morsels into the mixture. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto buttered cookie sheets; arrange them by half inch apart.

Bake them for 10 to 12 mins at 375 degrees F till golden. Take out from the pans and let it cool above the racks.

Ingredients:

2 c of Cookie Mixture (basic)
1 pc of egg; beaten lightly
1 tsp of vanilla
1 Tbsp of milk

Instructions:

Combine the cookie mixture, eggs, milk, and vanilla inside a mixing bowl; mix thoroughly till well blended. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto buttered cookie sheets; arrange them by half inch apart.

Bake inside the oven at 350 degrees F for 8-15 mins or till golden. Take out from the pans and let it cool above the racks.

Cookie Mix Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients:

1.5 c of butter/margarine
1 tsp of salt
2 tsps of baking powder
1&1/3 c of cocoa powder (Hershey’s)
4 c of sugar
4 c of flour

Instructions:

Mix completely, flour, baking powder, cocoa, salt and sugar. Cut butter in using pastry knives until you get a coarse crumbly mixture. Store inside airtight Tupperware and place inside the fridge.

When ready to bake, just measure enough cup of the mix you need and let it stand for thirty minutes before using.

Ingredients:

3 c of flour; sifted
1-1/2 c of sugar (white)
1 c of sugar (brown)
1 c of shortening
1 tsp of soda (Arm & Hammer)
3 c of oats (old fashioned, rolled)
1/2 c of raisins (chopped dates, walnuts, peanut butter chips)

Instructions:

Combine flour, soda, and sugars inside a bowl. Add the shortening then cut till measure resembles crumbs. Add the preferred nuts and oats; stir thoroughly.

Store inside an airtight container, covered. This can be kept for 1 to 5 months at cool dry place.

Cookie Mix Chocolate Chunk Recipe

Ingredients:

1/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of bicarbonate of soda
1&3/4 c of flour (all purpose)
1 c of chips (chocolate)
1/2 c of pecans; chopped
1/4 c of cocoa (unsweetened)
1/2 c of sugar
3/4 c of sugar (brown); packed

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients together then store inside airtight container.

When ready to bake, transfer mix to a medium sized bowl. Add three fourths cup of butter that has been softened (no substitutes). Add one egg, one teaspoon of vanilla extract then mix everything completely.

Begin shaping dough into small balls then place onto baking tray lined with parchment paper. Pop in the oven for twelve minutes at 350 degrees F. Cool the batch on baking tray then cool on wire rack.

Yields three dozen.

Ingredients:

1/2 c mackerel (canned); drain
1 c bread crumbs (whole grained)
1 Tbsp oil (vegetable)
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp brewers’ yeast (optional)

Instruction:

Set oven temperature to 350 degrees F.
Mash mackerel in a bowl. Thoroughly mix this and the rest of the ingredients. Use a teaspoon to form cookies in a cookie pan (greased well) the put in over for about eight minutes. Cook in racks then keep in refrigerator using well sealed jars.

Mackerel Cat Munchies Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp brewers yeast (opt)
1 c whole-grain crumbs of bread
1 tbsp oil (vegetable)
1 pc egg; slightly beaten
1/2 c mackerel (canned); drained

Instruction:

Oven should be preheated to around 350 deg. F.

Inside a bowl, mash your mackerel using a clean fork and make sure to break it down into small bits. Mix together all ingredients then blend them well. Next, drop the mixture by a fourth teaspoonful on a well greased cookie/baking sheet.

Then, bake inside your oven for about 8 mins. After its done, allow to cool at room temp. before storing inside airtight containers then place inside your fridge.

Peanutty Bars Recipe

Ingredients:

2-1/2 c of Cookie Mixture (basic)
1/3 c of cocoa (Hershey’s)
1/3 c of sugar (granulated)
2 pcs of eggs; beaten lightly
1 c of peanut butter morsels
1-1/3 c of milk (sweetened condensed)
1 c of coconut flakes

Instructions:

Combine the cookie mixture, sugar, eggs, and cocoa inside a mixing bowl; mix thoroughly till well blended. Spread on greased 13×9x2-inch pan. Place inside the oven and bake, about 8-10 mins at 350 degrees F.

Take out from the oven then sprinkle the morsels on the top. Slowly drizzle the (condensed) milk above the morsels evenly; spread coconut on the top. Bake again for 20-25 mins or till top turns slightly brown.

Let it cool inside the pan before cutting to bars or squares.

Apple Crisp Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 c of flour (all purpose)
3/4 c of sugar (brown)
3/4 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
1/2 c of oats
3/4 tsp of nutmeg (ground)
1/2 c of raisins

4 c of tart apples (medium); sliced
1/3 c of softened butter

Instructions:

Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, oats, and raisins; mix thoroughly and place inside airtight jar or container. To use, preheat the oven at 375 degrees F. Arrange the apple slices on a greased 8-inch square baking pan.

Pour the mixture inside the jar onto a mixing bowl; mix them well and sprinkle above the apples.

Place inside the oven and bake till the top turns golden and the apples become tender, at about half an hour. Serve while warm, garnish with ice cream if preferred.

Tender Biscuits Recipe


Tender Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients:

1/3 c of water or milk
1.5 c of Bisquick mix

Instructions:

Whisk together bisquick mix then water or milk. Stir by hand using fork. Set the dough aside for five minutes.

Preset oven (450 degrees F). Meanwhile transfer dough to a slightly floured surface then knead about fifteen times. Flatten dough on the surface and using a cookie cutter cut dough and place on your baking tray.

Bake for twelve minutes ’till golden in color. Yields six biscuits.
