Cocoa Mix – Mexican Recipe
Ingredients:
1/3 c of sugar (light brown)
3/4 tsp of cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp vanilla (powdered)
1/4 c of cocoa powder
2 1/2 c milk powder
Instruction:
Combine all ingredients and store using airtight containers. To serve, use one to two tablespoons of mixture in a mug and pour boiling water.

Brownie Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of nuts; chopped
2.5 c of mix (brownie)
A tsp of vanilla extract
2 whole eggs; whisked
2 c of shortening (Crisco)
8 ozs of cocoa powder for baking
4 tsps of salt
4 tsps of baking powder
8 c of sugar
6 c of flour
Instructions:
Place ingredients insinde an airtight container. Store for future use.
Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder. Cut the shortening in until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
When ready to bake brownies, transfer two and a half cups of mixture in a bowl. Beat in eggs and add the vanilla and stir until well blended. Add the chopped nuts. Bake for half an hour at 350 degrees F.

Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 of choco chips
2/3 c of sugar (brown)
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
2 c of flour (all purpose)
1.5 tsps of baking powder
Instructions:
Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, sugar and chocolate chips. Store inside a Tupperware.
Preset oven (350 degrees F). Transfer the cake mix in a bowl. Next, stir in one egg, three fourths cup of powdered milk, three fourths cup of applesauce, one and one half tablespoons of oil then one teaspoon of vanilla.
Blend everything thoroughly. Scoop batter onto buttered down muffin trays. Bake twenty minutes until nicely golden in color. Best if served warm.

Rich Brownie Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of shortening
2 tsps of salt
2 tsps of baking powder
1&1/3 c of cocoa (unsweetened)
2 c of flour
4 c of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
2 whole eggs
4 Tbsps of butter; melted
1/2 c of nuts; chopped
Instructions:
Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Cut shortening in using pastry knives. Place inside zip lock bag, air tight container or Tupperware. Can be stored at a cool dry place.
For the brownie, whisk together two eggs plus one teaspoon of vanilla. Mix in four tablespoons of butter that have been melted. Spoon two cups of your brownie mix in and then blend well.
Fold nuts in. Decant onto an eight by eight by two inch baking dish that have been floured. Bake for thirty minutes (350 degrees F) until set. Let cool on wire rack and cut.

Ingredients:
1 c cocoa powder
3/4 c coffee powder
Instruction:

Cocoa Mix Cherry Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 c of powdered cocoa
3/4 tsp Kool-Aid juice powder (cherry flavored)
4 c of water (hot)

Combine powdered cocoa and juice powder and keep in airtight containers. Spoon in mixture in mugs and add heated water.

Chocolate Pudding Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1.5 c of boiling water
3/4 c of sugar (brown); packed
1/4 c of cocoa powder
1 tsp of vanilla essence
1/2 c of milk
2 Tbsps of cocoa powder
1/2 c of sugar
1.5 c of Bisquick (substitute)
Instructions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees F.
Mix together the Bisquick substitute, sugar, two tablespoons cocoa powder, milk and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended.
Pour batter onto a square baking pan. Grease bottom with your shortening. Mix together the one fourth cup of coco powder, sugar and boiling water.
Pour over your batter then bake for forty minutes. Best if served with whipping cream on top.

Creme De Cacao Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of sugar (refined)
2 c of water
1/2 tsp of vanilla (extract)
1 oz chocolate (unsweetened)
1 c of vodka
Instruction:
Bring to boil water mixed with sugar then simmer til volume is gradually reduced by half. Melt the chocolate in a separate container and gradually add syrup, constantly stirring to have a smooth & well blended mixture.
Let it cool down then add vodka and vanilla, mixing well. Transfer mixture in well sealed bottles or containers.

Sand Castle Brownie Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tsp of vanilla
2/3 c of oil
2 whole eggs
1&1/2 c of flour (all purpose)
1/3 c of cocoa powder for baking
2/3 c of sugar (brown); packed
1/3 c of desicated coconut
1/2 c of chocolate bits (semi sweet)
1/3 c of nuts; chopped
Instructions:
Layer the flour, followed by cocoa, then brown sugar, then coconut, then chocolate bits then nuts. Press firmly onto the container, seal and then store at a dry cool place. Consume in six months time.
For the brownies, mix together eggs, vanilla, brownie homemade mix and oil. Mix thoroughly. Decant onto a baking dish that has been buttered down. Bake for half an hour (350 degrees F) until set.
Let cool on rack. Yields about 12 squares.

Ingredients:
1 pack powdered milk (25.6-oz dry nonfat)
6 c marshmallows (miniature)
1 pack instant milk chocolate mix (16 oz)
1 pack powdered milk (malt)

1 pack creamer (6-oz nondairy)
1/2 tsp of salt
Instruction:
Mix then blend all the ingredients. Transfer mixture in airtight containers and store somewhere cool. Use one third cup of powdered mix inside a tall mug then pour hot, steamy water on the mixture then stir well.

Ingredients:
1 pack of chocolate (chips, 6 oz)
1/2 c of butter (or margarine)
1/4 c vegetable oil (Mazola)
Instruction:
Using your double boiler, melt together the butter and choco chips then pour oil later. Keep warm when serving as this will solidify when topped on ice cream.

3 1/2 c Nestle’s Quick
4 c powdered sugar
