Homemade Soymilk Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of flour (soy)
3 c of water
Instructions:
Boil the water then gradually add the flour; stir continuously to avoid lumps. When flour has blended well, reduce the heat then let it simmer, at about 20 mins, while stirring frequently.
Line the cheesecloth on a clean colander then place above a (large) bowl. Carefully strain mixture onto the colander. Add flavoring or sweetener on strained milk; stir thoroughly then place inside the refrigerator.

Pancake Mix, Spiced Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp of cloves; grounded
1 tsp of nutmeg powder
2 tsps of cinnamon powder
2 tsps of salt
1 Tbsp bicarbonate of soda
3 Tbsps of baking powder
1/2 c of sugar
8 c of flour
Instructions:
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Store inside an airtight plastic container. This makes for eighty pancakes.
As a variation for buckwheat pancakes, use 7 and 1/2 cups of flour then incorporate half a cup of buckwheat flour. For cornmeal, use half a cup of cornmeal following the same amounts of ingredients as above.

Crunchy Honey Wheat Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of flour (whole wheat)
1-1/2 c of flour
1/2 c of toasted almonds; slivered
1-1/2 tsps of salt
1-1/4 c of water (warm, 110 degrees F)
3 Tbsps of honey
2 Tbsps of vegetable oil
Instructions:
Place almonds inside a (small) Ziploc bag; set on the side. Combine salt with flours inside a jar; place the bag above the mixture then close the lid tightly. Store till needed.
Place ingredients onto the (bread) pan, according to the instructions and recommendations of the (bread) maker, save almonds and yeast for last.
Place the pan onto the machine; select whole wheat, preferred color of the crust, size of the loaf, and cycle for baking. Select option for delay then press “Start”.

Brownie Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of nuts; chopped
2.5 c of mix (brownie)
A tsp of vanilla extract
2 whole eggs; whisked
2 c of shortening (Crisco)
8 ozs of cocoa powder for baking
4 tsps of salt
4 tsps of baking powder
8 c of sugar
6 c of flour
Instructions:
Place ingredients insinde an airtight container. Store for future use.
Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder. Cut the shortening in until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
When ready to bake brownies, transfer two and a half cups of mixture in a bowl. Beat in eggs and add the vanilla and stir until well blended. Add the chopped nuts. Bake for half an hour at 350 degrees F.

Rich Brownie Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of shortening
2 tsps of salt
2 tsps of baking powder
1&1/3 c of cocoa (unsweetened)
2 c of flour
4 c of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
2 whole eggs
4 Tbsps of butter; melted
1/2 c of nuts; chopped
Instructions:
Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Cut shortening in using pastry knives. Place inside zip lock bag, air tight container or Tupperware. Can be stored at a cool dry place.
For the brownie, whisk together two eggs plus one teaspoon of vanilla. Mix in four tablespoons of butter that have been melted. Spoon two cups of your brownie mix in and then blend well.
Fold nuts in. Decant onto an eight by eight by two inch baking dish that have been floured. Bake for thirty minutes (350 degrees F) until set. Let cool on wire rack and cut.

Brownie Bread Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of powdered cocoa (unsweetened)
1/2 c of chopped pecans
2-1/2 c of flour
3 Tbsps of flour
3/4 c of sugar
1-1/2 tsps of salt
1 Tbsp of yeast (active, dry)
1-1/8 c of water
2-1/2 Tbsps of vegetable oil
1 pc of egg
For the Chocolate-Glaze Frosting:
Powdered sugar
Powdered cocoa
Milk
Instructions:
Place cocoa inside a Ziploc bag; set on the side. Place the pecans inside a Ziploc bag; set on the side. Place yeast inside a Ziploc; set on the side. Combine flours, sugar, and salt inside a jar; place the bags above the mixture then close the lid tightly and store till needed.
When ready to use, boil the water inside a saucepan; add the cocoa then whisk thoroughly till dissolved completely. Let it cool and place onto the (bread) pan with other ingredients (except nuts), as stated in the instructions of your machine.
Place the pan inside the machine. Select the “sweet” setting, preferred color, size of loaf, and cycle for baking. Select the option for delay and press “start”. Add the nuts after the beep.
Take the bread out from the pan. While bread is warm, spread the frosting on top.

Butterscotch Brownies Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 tsp of salt
2 c of flour
1.5 Tbsps of baking powder
2 c of sugar; packed firmly
3/4 c of pecans; chopped
1/2 c of desiccated coconut
Instructions:
Ingredients can be mixed and stored in a zip lock bag. When ready to make the brownies, just mix together the brownie mix with three fourths cup of butter at room temperature, two eggs and two teaspoons of vanilla extract.
Mix everything thoroughly then decant onto greased baking dish. Bake for twenty five minutes (375 degrees F). Let cool for fifteen minutes inside the pan then cut brownie into serving squares.

Sand Castle Brownie Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tsp of vanilla
2/3 c of oil
2 whole eggs
1&1/2 c of flour (all purpose)
1/3 c of cocoa powder for baking
2/3 c of sugar (brown); packed
1/3 c of desicated coconut
1/2 c of chocolate bits (semi sweet)
1/3 c of nuts; chopped
Instructions:
Layer the flour, followed by cocoa, then brown sugar, then coconut, then chocolate bits then nuts. Press firmly onto the container, seal and then store at a dry cool place. Consume in six months time.
For the brownies, mix together eggs, vanilla, brownie homemade mix and oil. Mix thoroughly. Decant onto a baking dish that has been buttered down. Bake for half an hour (350 degrees F) until set.
Let cool on rack. Yields about 12 squares.
