2 pts of carrots; sliced
2 pts of pickles (sweet, small)
3 pts of lima beans
1 cabbage head; sliced to pcs
4 pts of cauliflower; cut to pcs
2 c of water & juice from the celery
3 pts of celery; cut to bite-sized pcs
3 pts of yellow & red peppers (sweet); cubed
1 pt of onions; sliced
1 pt of yellow corn (canned)
8 c of sugar (granulated)
4 c of vinegar (white)
4 tsps of salt (table)

Inside a huge pot that has warm water, simply cook your cauliflowers, cabbages, lima-beans and peppers till they reach a very tender stage. Drain the rest of the water then set them aside. Then using just the exact same pot, simply cook your celery using two cups of boiled water till they’re also tender and softened.

Drain juice of the celery into a small bowl then set them aside. Then add in celery into your 1st veggie mix. Drain the pickles then reserve the juice later for another purpose. Add in sweet tasting pickles, drained up onions together with your vegetables then mix them well.

Ingredients:

3 c of flour
3-1/3 Tbsps of sugar (brown)
A tsp of salt
3/4 tsp of powdered onion
1-1/2 tsps of onions (dried); minced
3-1/4 tsps of yeast (active, dry)
1-1/8 c of water

Instructions:

Put yeast inside a Ziploc bag; set on the side. Combine flour, sugar, salt, onion powder, and dried onions; mix them well then place inside an airtight jar. Place bag with yeast above the mixture then cover the lid tightly.

To use, place ingredients onto the (bread) pan, according to the instructions of the machine. Place pan inside the (bread) machine; select dough setting and the size of loaf.

Select all the desired settings then start the process. When the dough is done, follow the instructions on making bagels.

Ingredients:

1 jar of scone homemade mix
1 whole egg (large)
1/4 c of milk (cold)
1/3 c of honey
1 stick of butter
1/3 c of chocolate bits
1/2 c of pecans; chopped
1 c of oats (instant)
1/2 tsp of salt
1&3/4 c of flour
1 Tbsp of baking powder

Instructions:

Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, pecans, oats and chocolate chips. Place inside a zip lock bag or sealed container.

To make the scones, Preheat oven 375 degrees F. Blend together your homemade mix then butter or margarine. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk and honey. Blend egg mixture with the scone mixture until you form a dough.

Flatten dough on slightly floured table tip then cut into triangles. Put on baking tray lined with parchment paper and then bake eleven minutes until nicely golden in color.

Ingredients:

2 c of flour (whole wheat)
1/2 c of broth (beef or chicken)
1 pc of egg (large)
1/2 tsp of salt (onion)
1/2 tsp of salt (garlic)
1/2 tsp of powdered garlic

Instructions:

Combine flour, salts, and garlic powder inside a bowl. Add the egg then add enough amount of broth, just letting the mixture moist.

Roll the dough to a smooth ball above a well-floured working surface then roll it out. Cut using a (cookie) cutter and place them onto a microwave safe dish, arrange in one layer.

Microwave at high settings for ten mins or till firm. Allow to cool for a while and to let them harden.
