Butterscotch Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of nonfat milk (dry)
5 c of sugar (brown)
3 c of cornstarch
1 tsp of salt
To use:
2 c of milk
1/2 c of pudding mix
Instructions:
Combine milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt inside a sterilized airtight jar or container. Store till needed.
To use, place the pudding mix on a medium saucepan then add milk; stir till blended well. Let it boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat; simmer till thickened, while stirring constantly.
