Breakfast Burritos Recipe

Ingredients:

Lean pork (ground)
18 pcs of eggs; slightly beaten
12 oz of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
Potatoes;cooked & chopped
Onions; chopped
2 c of salsa
Flour tortilla pcs

Instructions:

Brown the lean pork inside a skillet; stir constantly. Add small amount of water when necessary so as pork will not stick on the skillet.

Add the beaten eggs and scramble with browned pork; stir thoroughly and add cheese. If preferred, add potatoes, onions, and salsa.

Wrap pork mixture inside the tortillas. Place them individually in Ziploc bags or wrap with plastic wrapper. Keep them frozen.
