Bisquick Mix Recipe 2

Ingredients:

3 Tbsps of butter (unsalted); cut into cubes
5 Tbsps of shortening
1 tsp of salt
4.5 c of flour (all purpose)
5 tsps of baking powder

Instructions:

Using a blender, mix together flour, salt and baking powder. Cut the shortening in until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Equally divide mixture among three containers (should be airtight)

Keep containers inside the freezer and can be stored for a month.
