Barbeque Spice Mix Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp of lemon rind
1/2 tsp of mustard (dry)
1 tsp of pepper (cayenne)
1 Tbsp of sugar (brown)
1 Tbsp of garlic
1 Tbsp of paprika
1 Tbsp of cumin
3 of onion powder
1/4 c of salt (hickory flavor)
1/2 c of chili powder

Instructions:

Mix everything well. Place inside zip lock bag or airtight container and reserve for later use.
