Ingredients:

A tsp baking soda (Arm & Hammer)
2 tsps cream-of-tartar or potassium bitartrate (Mc Cormick)

Instructions:

Mix together your 2 ingredients thoroughly. That mixture is equivalent to a tablespoonful homemade baking powder.
