Onion Bread Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of onion flakes (dehydrated)
3-1/3 c of flour
2 Tbsps of sugar
1 Tbsp of milk (dry)
1-1/2 tsps of salt
2-3/4 tsps of yeast (active, dry)/2.5 tsps of yeast (quick acting, dry)
1-1/8 c of water (warm, 110 deg. F)
1 Tbsp of vegetable oil
Instructions:
Place dehydrated onion inside a Ziploc bag; set on the side. Place yeast inside a Ziploc bag; set on the side.
Combine flour, sugar, milk, and salt inside a jar; place bags above the mixture then close the lid tightly. Store till needed.
Place ingredients onto the (bread) pan, according to the instructions and recommendations of the (bread) maker, save yeast along with the onion for last.
Place pan onto the machine; select the “white” setting, preferred color of the crust, size of the loaf, and cycle for baking. Select option for delay then press “Start”.

Sweet & Sour Barbecue Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of sherry cream
3 Tbsps of honey
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1/3 c soy sauce
2 garlic cloves; press them flat
3 Tbsps of vinegar
Instruction:
Combine cream sherry and honey and blend til smooth and consistent. Add in soy sauce, garlic then grated ginger. Stir well. Pour in vinegar. Sauce can be thickened with cornstarch mixed with water.
Brush mixture on meat while grilling. For a Mexican twist, sprinkle with powdered chili and/or cayenne pepper.
You may also add a little bit of mint when cooking lamb, powdered curry and a dash of cinnamon for beef and sugar (brown) and a bit of cinnamon for pork.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Recipe
Ingredients:
1-1/2 c of peanut butter (smooth)
1/4 c of softened butter (or margarine)
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of coffee granules (instant)
1/4 c of powdered sugar
1/2 c of melted chocolate morsels (semisweet)
1 tsp of water (hot)
Instructions:
Combine peanut butter, melted morsels, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla inside a mixing bowl; stir thoroughly till mixture has smoothened.
Combine water and coffee; stir thoroughly till coffee has dissolved completely. Add onto the mixture of peanut butter; stir thoroughly. Store inside a sterilized and airtight jar.

Bisquick Mix Recipe 1
Ingredients:
1 1/4 c of shortening (Crisco)
1 Tbsp of salt
3 Tbsps of baking powder
6 c of flour (all purpose); unbleached
Instructions:
Blend together the flour, salt and powder (baking). Cut the shortening in using pastry knives ’till mixture is like coarse crumbs. Store inside an airtight container.
As a variation, use three cups of flour plus three cups of wheat flour (whole wheat) for health conscious cake lovers.

Cheddar Cheese Biscuits Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of sharp cheddar (loosely packed); shredded
6 Tbsp of butter (unsalted); room temperature
1/2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
A dash of Tabasco or pepper sauce (hot)
1 & 1/4 c of flour (all-purpose);sifted
Poppy, celery and sesame seeds
Instructions:
Combine hot sauce, Worcestershire, butter and cheese ’til well-blended. Pour flour then stir ’til combined thoroughly. Shape into log 10″ long and wrap with plastic; chill three hours. Dough can also be refrigerated for two days ’til needed.
Preheat the oven, 350 deg Fahrenheit. Slice dough to 1/4″ slices and arrange on cookie sheets. Garnish biscuits with seeds, depending on your preference. Bake for 1/4 hour ’til edges become gold-brown in color. Allow to be cooled on cookie sheets for 1/4 hour prior to transferring to wire rack.

Graham Cracker Crust Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tsps of cinnamon powder
1 c of sugar
32 ozs of crackers (Graham)
Instructions:
Place crackers inside a processor using blades and blitz to get fine smooth crumbs. Transfer crumbs inside a bowl. Mix in cinnamon powder and sugar.
Transfer ingredients in an airtight container and write the contents and date of preparation on the label. Can be kept within a dry cool place. Must be consumed within six months.

Healthier Baking Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of shortening
1/4 c of baking powder
2 tsps of cream of tartar
2.5 tsps of salt
1 c of powdered milk (non fat)
4 c of flour (white)
4 c of flour (whole wheat)
2 egg whites
1.5 c of water
2/3 c of water
Instructions:
Sift all the flour, powdered milk, baking powder, cream of tartar and salt (three times). Cut shortening in using pastry knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Place inside an airtight container.
To make pancakes, just mix together two whites (egg) and one and one half cups of water. Mix this in with two cups of your baking mix.
Ladle on a hot griddle then cook until bubbles are formed and edges are crispy then flip to the other side and finish cooking.
To make biscuits, preset oven (425 degrees F). To two cups of baking mix add two thirds cup of water. Mix until blended.
Knead dough on a slightly floured surface. Press into about three fourths inch thick then cut shapes using cookie cutters. Transfer to a greased baking tray. Bake for fifteen minutes. Yield a dozen biscuits.

Zwieback Teething Biscuits Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c of flour
3 whole eggs
1/2 tsp of star Anise
1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 c of melted butter
1/4 c of sugar
1 pack yeast (active dry)
1/2 c of milk
Instructions:
Preset oven 400 degrees F. Heat up your milk then when it is lukewarm, mix this in with your yeast. Mix in sugar, salt, star anise, eggs and butter.
Add just enough of the flour in order to make it tangible. Cover and let it rise. Shape three inch long rolls. Line them next to each other on a baking tray and let them rise once more.
Bake for twenty minutes. After you have sufficiently cooled the biscuits, slice into half inch biscuits then toast.

Coffee Creamer – Chocolate Malt Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c cocoa powder (instant)
2/3 c powdered creamer (nondairy)
2/3 c powdered milk (malted)
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
Instruction:
Mix ingredients and keep in well sealed containers.

Minestrone Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of salt
2 Tbsps of pepper (green); dried
2 c of green beans; dried
1 c of carrot (dried); sliced
1 c celery (dried); sliced
1 c of tomatoes (dried); chopped
6 pcs of pepper corns
2 pcs of Laurel leaves
1/2 teaspoon of oregano (dried)
1/2 c of beans (navy, dried)
1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic (dried);
1/2 c of onion (dried); minced
4 pcs of beef cubes (flavoring)
Instructions:
Mix together all ingredients then store inside an airtight container.
When ready to use, boil about four quarts of water with the home made soup mix and then simmer for three hours. When beans have become tender, take out peppercorns and the Laurel leaves then remove from heat and serve while hot.
