Amaretto Liqueur Recipe

Ingredients:

2 c sugar (brown)
1 c sugar (refined)
2 c water
1 qt vodka
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 ounces almond extract

Instruction:

Bring water to boil and add sugar (brown and refined) then simmer mixture for five minutes. Let it stand to cool then add the rest of the ingredients. Let it stand six weeks while shaking lightly every week.
